  Thomas, thank you so much for pointing out how the team competed and has its short comings at defensive tackle & linebacker ! The team going into Kinnick stadium & losing by 1. I think its the best they played effort wise all year. Franklin could not recruit Defensive tackles & Wide receivers.

  Couple of spelling errors in the article about D-ends.
  Carter's name is misspelled about 5 paragraphs down and Talent is misspelled in the section title. Not trying to be a pain, just helpful.

  I don't mean to be a pessimist, but how long is James Franklin going to let Sean Clifford kill our season, I would rather lose with Aller and give him the experience then go with a 6th year injury prone Sr. who has mental lapses at the worst time. The offensive line is still inadequate and Sal Wormley is no upgrade to Eric Wilson.
