I couldn't respond to you before they closed the thread. I believe politicians don't care about pharmaceutical sales because of donations to campaigns even smaller state elections.
For law enforcement it is harder to prove influence of pharmaceutical sales from a law enforcement standpoint with a lot more training involved such as drug recognition expert (DRE)
