I get that Leach would not have cared that K1 can run, but he wanted passers who were accurate and made quick decisions. It's not like Leach demanded QB's who COULDN'T run. K1's mobility would just be a bonus on those plays where he couldn't make the quick read and had to scramble.

Leach wouldn't have wanted him because he would always be tempted to run.

Speaking of Leach, his last QB signee now has Austin Peay 7-2 and putting up numbers. Might be worth it for Lenny to re-sign him for his 5th year for a final shot at the big time.
