Trump won. Twice.

Did you hear he changed his name? Yeah, he going Italian. Veto Trump. Get it?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And yet here you are, not noticing or acknowledging any of it, only looking backwards to people who aren't in charge and can't do anything to fix the problems we're currently faced with.

You and yours are wholly irrelevant now.

You are a joke.

Desantis is right, by the way...

On all the corruption...you might be 100% right....or wrong. Now I admit I have no idea if there is as much or less corruption in the administration...I see a lot of what I would consider unethical actions, but I guess I don't have as much information as others.

My concern is that we'll spend 2 years investigating, come up with about as much as we did with the Epstein files, trump pardons everybody. I understand the need and the overwhelming desire, and the desire for the pound of flesh....but...

It might be better for the country if the Congress just impeached trump, convict him and get him out of office so the country can move on...but that's not happening. For all those who come after me...I said "might"

I missed the part where you said investigations into his corruption are necessary so it can never happen again. The polls have told us repeatedly that Americans believe it to be a top issue and as has been proven, the polls have been correct this cycle.

dpic, I don't know how old you are, but I couldn't count on fingers, toes, even molecules how many times "so it couldn't happen again" have been used...but you know what, somehow it seemingly always happens again... Do you know how many budgets in our lifetimes have been balanced by the elimination of waste, fraud and abuse...and guess what, we've just discovered more $$$$billions in fraud.

I'm all for investigating criminal activity...let's do it...but if you think that impeaching trump will ensure it never happens again...well, to each their own opinion

with all due respect, I gave up believing these numbers about 10 years ago...in about 3 or 4 years we'll find out the right number was 1,000 or maybe 2 million. Our system of collecting and reporting jobs numbers has become a joke

Quick Read

  • Employers added just 29,000 jobs in September, while revisions erased 822,000 reported gains, which amounts to 43% of all jobs counted since January 2025.
  • The Fed raised rates to 4.00% on September 17 using job data that has since been revised sharply downward, making the hike look unjustified in hindsight.
  • Job openings dropped 3.5% to 7.08 million in August and real hourly pay has fallen since January, squeezing workers who need new jobs most.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on Oct. 2 that employers added 29,000 jobs in September. Forecasters had expected 84,000. The revisions in the same report were worse. July went from 21,000 jobs added to 10,000 lost. August fell from 162,000 to 133,000. Together, the two months lost 60,000 jobs from their earlier totals.

dpic is ok...he is, it seems, a totally consumed Democrat...but you know where he's coming from when he posts. When I see a positive post about trump/republicans with a dpic response, I know, before reading, that the response is going to be some counter to the OP. But he does research...from some really questionable sites/people IMO, but I always open his posts to see where he's coming from..

Please list the questionable sites Ned and then do m.knox and TigerGrowls' choices in sources.

I'll wait.

That didn't age well after the revisions

list the sites..are you kidding? As I said, you do your research, but most of the folks you repost from I've never heard of. and they're so varied...I doubt if anyone could name half of the sites you repost from....and that's not a dig..like I said you do your research

There you go again...the post I replied to was about you...no one mentioned tiger or m.knox. Why do I always have to add other posters for comparisons.

Besides, no one on this board can hold a candle to the amount of data you put out....that's why I always open your posts...I may not agree with the folks you repost (because I know already it will be people in support of your position..which makes logical sense) but, it's interesting. Hey, it's meant as a complement...just take the "W" and go on to the next thread.

Then don't call them questionable if you don't know that they are. Just because I post a tweet from someone you haven't heard of doesn't mean the information they're sharing is questionable because they're usually sharing a credible source or something I know to be true from other sources. Sharing accurate information is very important to me and unlike Screech and Growls(especially), it matters to me that I'm not spreading falsehoods and you might have noticed that rarely has anyone ever proven that I shared a lie. On the very rare occasion that I have, I immediately apologize for it.

You cannot say the same about the two trolls I mentioned but you never seem to question their sources for some odd reason.

why do you bring up other people all the time?? I was paying you a complement..you do a lot of research...you repost a lot of folks supporting your position...(you somehow never repost someone who has a different perspective). I know when you repost something what it's going to say before reading it....most of the time when you repost something there aren't a lot of facts, just a restatement of your position....

Now before you respond negatively...I wouldn't expect you to respost something that gave a different perspective...that's not your style....Oh and I would expect the other two to do so either...and oftentimes their reposts are simply reinforced "opinionators" whose opines mirror theirs.

There are very few on this and most other boards who tend to recognize that in life there is more than one perspective and that anyone who thinks differently is "wrong"...they get lovingly called something like "both sides"...even though there are two sides to most issues. Those that recognize that basic fact can compromise....the one sided guys have a harder time

In the program management world we learned that in contract negotiations - there are always 2 sides - the way to agreement is through creating win-win situations...in politics it's win-lose....
