Our New Name: The Rutgers Walking Wounded

Knight Shift · Wednesday at 8:09 PM

That's a lot of additional talent from last week:

Asamoah- he is going to be hard to replace.
Carter and Duff both out--goodbye pass offense.
How the heck did Pizzaro get hurt?

koleszar · Wednesday at 8:18 PM

Set the over/under on completed passes at 5.

Both teams?
And do interceptions count as completed passes for Rutgers?

Caliknight · Wednesday at 8:35 PM

Even our kicker gets injured. Schiano probably makes him kick 100x a day.

Knight Shift · Wednesday at 8:36 PM

Kicker has to kick to the returners to perfect those fair catches.

Same story the last 3 seasons.

Plenty of completed passes - Basketball Season starts Friday!

RUChet · 2026-11-05T07:56:22-0600

Please make this season end
Likely 2-10

At least we’ll always have that Maryland win.

Interceptions are going to be the only passes that don't hit the ground or sail into the Gatorade buckets on the sidelines.

Violence giveth and violence taketh away.

You noticed too, huh? Maybe the ball sailed on its own, in need of hydration? The ball is the program, and there is nothing worse than dry balls for the program.

Maybe the QBs have small hands.

Well, Gatorade can be sticky, so maybe the throw was intentional to help his grip.

Excessive practice violence

That got me going down a rabbit hole as I heard a whole issue on Sunday with an NFL game I was watching in that for a fire drill FG attempt right before half they weren't able to get the K Ball out there for the kick. I didn't realize that the NFL has a separate set of balls that are used for kicking FG's and XP's.

You think Greg is going to let him pass 5 times?
