I enjoyed his little outburst yesterday immensely. He is hilarious.
I might just get me a hat.
Apparently a majority of them voted to join the fun yesterday so they must be impressed.
I think he may have just gone to far the other day, and he will end up paying some type of penalty for that one, but at the same time, I do believe he was "baited" into that.

The capitol and every corner of the state have well earned every opinion others have of us.
There are some great one liners in that episode that I will repeat often. "Take them rags out yo head. Y'all ain't Muslim."

I don’t accept that 2026 Mississippi is well understood by people all over the country who have never been here and get their talking points from national media.

I knew his mama. She was a turrible remedial English teacher at Chastain (back in the mid-80's) that got caught--multiple times--stealing from students and fundraisers.
I wonder if people across the nation will see this viral video of the city council, then see the (formerly unexpected) results of yesterday's election here in the Magnolia State, and start to put the puzzle pieces together about the IQ of our elected leaders... and their constituents.
If I lived outside the state, it certainly might lead me to an "Aha" moment.
I'm sure she was just trying to make ends meet. Put gas in her car you know. Buy a nice house like everyone else has......housing should be a God given right in America. We don't pay teachers enough. We should take all that money from greedy corporate CEOs and give it to teachers. We need a CEO wealth tax now. What exactly do these CEOs do to earn that kind of money. The workers should run the company and make the decisions instead of some privileged over paid corporate schmuck. In fact the workers should own the company I mean the profits are the result of their labor. Abolish CEOs now.
None of her students could spell or pronounce any of that.

If he was white, a little smarter, had been born and raised in NYC and had a really wealthy dad, who knows, he might be in the White House right now.

Favorite Stokes story is him standing in the middle of the street giving a press conference about "raw boo boo" backing up in a woman's house, stopping mid sentence and backing up to let the UPS driver come through then walking back to the microphone and picking up where he left off.
He’d actually need to be a lot smarter.
