There is no amount of NIL that will fix Schiano

He's a bad coach, bad talent evaluator, and isn't capable of assessing skill sets and associated comp. Keli took NIL fundraising off his plate allowing him to coach and distribute funds. He's obviously really bad at both. The more time he spends coaching the worse the team gets.

The next coach needs to have a complete understanding of current day dynamics.

Dud of a post by @Caliknight that got zero replies. Guy probably thought he hit a home run with this incredibly well thought out post. What a zero.

What specifically do you find fault with regarding Cali's post? I happen to think he's pretty close to the truth.
They (Al) doesn't like that my post is spot on. The more money Schiano gets means the more time he has to coach. Both lead to more losing, as we have seen.

For those keeping track. Al's current board names:

1) PSU83
2) Superwhatever
3) RutgersAl
4) Rutgersrivalswhatever

You have to be a real zero to be on this board with 4 alias replying to yourself. Biggest loser on the internet.
I'm not Al. Have been on this board since 2003. Have met many board memebers in public and watch parties and bowl games.

He can’t even manage the NIL properly.
Spent money on players nobody wanted and over paid on top of it. Chump Schiano

RU lost to UMass and BC, two programs that are spending less in NIL than RU. Throw in that RU is in a better conference and that is all you need to know if throwing more NIL money at Schiano will fix this. The answer is clearly an emphatic "NO". Rutgers would be 4-3, hosting 4-3 Michigan on FS1 at noon instead of 12:30 B1G Network if more NIL was the answer. Any additional money should be going toward Schiano's buyout because it would take Ohio State's or Texas' NIL budget to get Rutgers into a CFP conversation under Schiano.

Do t k ow why some are calling your post a zero. He has a losing record (fact), in 17 years he has only one double digit win season (fact), in 17 years he has only had 4 year with a winning conference record (fact), he has never won a conference championship ( fact), he is 0-14 against ranked opponents in GS2 (fact), GS states that everything is judged by the final numbers (fact).

The final number: GS is getting paid 6.75 million to win games. Based on his number of wins this season, GS gets paid more for a win than any other coach in the Big 10. He could be here another 5 yrs and the results will be the same, one magical season in 17 years doesn't make a good coach. Nothing but false promises year after year, damn that is the definition of a grifter (fact).

No Cali your post was spot on.

Superfan is either MoronAL (probably) or one of Schiano’s kids.

I honestly have been wondering if him being distracted by NIL wasn’t a positive for the coaching staff. It’s a valid idea.

No doubt. It allowed Schiano to coach more and he’s a terrible coach. Best to ing was him having NIL responsibilities. He couldn’t force his poor ideas on the team and players as much.

Now? This is the result of him having nothing but coaching duty. And it’s ugly
