He's in under DACA. lol this propaganda nonsense is so silly. Its bad enough he vandalized stuff and will be deported probably, but you don't have to sensationalize this stuff with nonsense.

Individuals under DACA are not considered illegal in the sense of being subject to immediate deportation; DACA provides temporary protection from deportation and work authorization for those who meet specific eligibility criteria. However, they do not have legal immigration status and their protections can be revoked.

This is how I know yall are just bigots, because you care about your feelings more than facts. if yall would try to solve immigration status issues rather than just BLAME everything and everyone, I'd respect your feelings on these matters. But yall just want a punching bag.

How are you going to learn that your policy positions are pathetic? We realize you are a cultist, but in most cases the solution is REPETITION.

We'd fail as human beings if we didn't bring your failings to your attention.

If just one illegal immigrant vandalizes a monument, it's one too many. Just like, if there's one instance of welfare fraud, all welfare should be stopped ... and if there's one instance of speeding, all automobiles should be removed from the road ... and if there's one incidence of rape, people should not be allowed to have contact with one another. And, we need to create a masked task force to militantly go after anyone who might dare violate these edicts ... and if they happen to murder some innocents along the way, so be it. Trump's SS will ensure freedumb and libertay.

But we get back to the argument that legal migrants and citizens are allowed to be here...undocumented are not.If only the legal folks were here, we wouldn't have monuments vandalized by people who are not supposed to be here...and he might have beheaded the native American marine depicted on the monument....

I promise not to get worked up when undocumented folks commit crimes in the US if you don't get worked up when ICE arrests and deports those in the country illegally...or ships out those whose TPS has been ended...

What I do or don't do shouldn't matter at all as to whether or not you care the least bit about this monument beheading. It's in the past, after all. Let it go. Commenting on it, and mentioning that it shouldn't be happening because these people shouldn't be here is definitely getting all worked up about it, and caring. Remember, per both sides ned, when something happens, we stop caring about it, because it's now in the past.

Speaking of monuments, as I am sticking around big lex this week, I took a peek at the college calendars to see if there might be any interesting lectures. At vmi, they have a lecture from some art history prof on “Moses Jacob Ezekiel: vmi’s soldier and sculptor”. Had to look this up to see who it was. Turns out a Jewish confederate veteran who after the war turned to relatively mainstream sculptor, and who created lost cause stuff including the confederate memorial they’re putting back in Arlington.

a weird combination that might make for a provocative program. Almost a little surprised
