Purdue rushes for over 300 yards and puts up 41 points on Minnesota. Iowa . . . ?

I was wrong about Hecklinski. He and Brown are about even . . . neither one can do anything positive with any consistency. Both missed WIDE OPEN receivers again today.

After 27+ years of KF, what's left to say? Iowa had EVERYTHING to play for today, and they made mistake after mistake after mistake. The defense kept them in it . . . until they didn't. Another season flushed. But at least we aren't Michigan.

This is our plight as Hawkeye fans. Anytime things are going real good, the bottom falls out (referring to Football and MBB). The inverse is true many times as well

Reminds me of 2017. We hung 55 on Ohio St and followed it up with 66 yards against Wisc the next game. Kirk needs to hang it up. Game has passed him by. Completely wipe the whole staff and bring in completely new blood. Kirk has shown it’s easy to win 7-9 games at Iowa.

Iowa is the most consistently okay program in college football. Always pretty decent, never a serious contender. As you basically just said.

The offense will never improve substantially as long as KF is here. It’s just varying degrees of mediocrity depending on who the OC is, but the offense is essentially the same inept product year in year out.

Could things be worse after KF? Of course. But I'm ready for some new blood, for better or worse.
