I honestly don’t know. I seriously do not know how that game will go. Apparently Toppin isn’t going to play? I figured if their 5th year seniors played, it wouldn’t be close. But I don’t know who is eligible and who isn’t. Probably a coin flip right now.

If they play like they did against LR, it’s a L! A big L…! Exhibition game, dirt court game, or for the National Championship game, you play the game to WIN, but many who have never played competitive sports will argue otherwise to suit their narrative!

If you truly didn't care why did you vote and why did you post? Some people just like to be performative and show how dumb they are by their own hypocrisy. People like you are the worst.

Blah blah blah. Exhibitions mean nothing. We saw that last year. Winning or losing these games are irrelevant.

If we win are u going to pump ur first and proclaim UK as being back? And if we lose are we NIT bound? This board is too predictable.

I think if we win it will be a close win.

If we lose it’s going to be a 10-20 loss imo.
With the amount of players who may not play for them, probably so. If we lose that could be a cause for concern but exhibitions mean nothing. See Purdue last year. Everyone thought we were legit, the game was just practice. Purdue turned out like expected and we were as mid as can be.

The point is you claiming you don't care and then you do the exact opposite by showing you do care. Are you legally dumb?

True I get that. Never said it didn't. A poll is a poll. It's to just check the pulse of the fanbase. If people didn't care about this they wouldn't vote or respond to post and let the thread die.

tech will have multiple staters out and havent played an exhibition game yet i believe. winning/losing is kind of irrelevant but we should look ahead of schedule compared to them.

I know it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme. But it does matter some. I think we lose, even with TT being short handed. I just get a weird vibe from everything BB right now. And I don’t think our guards are good enough to do much damage. Especially on D. Just my opinion.

A win or a loss will mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. The most important thing is to play injury free.

You can cut the tension for UK Basketball with a knife right now. Every game including exhibition will be under a microscope. Yeah this game doesn't mean anything but for UK fans looking for some positive vibe, it does mean something. And with the success of a first year football coach, the pressure continues to mount for Pope

I don’t think we will win but this will be about how we lose if it happens, it is an exhibition but you can get a sense of the team from them. I read last night where duke just destroyed Tenn but the way they did it sounded impressive. I think that’s the fire and play we all want to see from the cats, but how they play will determine this boards mentality along with the season. If we get beat by a better team, that’s one thing but if it’s another lack luster 19 turnovers type game……that doesn’t give me promise for the rest of the season.

I don't really care if they win or lose. This game means nothing!!! I will enjoy watching them play and want to see them play well or at least flash some real potential to play well.

With what I saw last Friday night I would have to say no. If they come out playing better, maybe.

If I’m Pope, I ask TT to push us around and ask the refs to swallow the whistle. This is an obvious weakness (no pun intended) we need to work on and this is the perfect opportunity.

The Purdue win last year was not indicative of how the season would go. I'm guessing the vols are hoping this is true after last night. I'm hoping to see improvement over the LR game. Not sure win or lose matters much.

I’m ok with it. Coaches need players who share their vision and passion. CMP did not get those guys last year and it showed. Looks like he has them this season.

He wants guys who embrace UK’s history and enjoy the ride here like he and his teammates.
I don’t want anymore nor do I want to pull for mercenaries who could care less what color jersey they put on. This should be a good group to pull for.
