Last year's voter who was an Iowa skeptic, Marisa Ingemi, is not a voter this year. Don't know if we have a new Iowa skeptic this year, or just a ballot mistake. Terrika Foster-Brasby from CBS/NBC has not been an outlier as far as Iowa is concerned in the past. But she was the only 1 of the 31 AP voters who left Iowa off her preseason ballot.

Seems like that is sort of a positive for Iowa. All the others had her at about the 10 spot. If she had voted even a bit for Iowa then they would have been around #8.
