Sam Spiegelman of Rivals has logged a prediction for Stein and Kentucky to land Jordan Anderson and Kellan Hall in the 2028 class, and Chad Simmons says Kentucky is “making a strong push” for Grayden Reid.
In addition, Cats Pause’s Josh Edwards has logged a prediction for Kentucky to land Hall.

nderson is a 6-foot, 180-pound four-star wide receiver from Pflugerville, Texas. He’s the No. 36 wide receiver in the class and had a breakout sophomore season for Pflugerville Weiss last season, where he accumulated 74 catches for over 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns. After seeing what receivers like Kenny Darby and DJ Miller have done in the Stein/Joe Sloan offense, these upcoming recruits want to be a part of this in the future. Anderson is a multi-sport athlete who also runs track and can absolutely move on the track, with a 22.40 200-meter time to his name. A potential stud to be fed in the future for Kentucky football.

Grayden Reid is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound cornerback in the class of 2028. He currently plays at Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts. Reid is originally from Louisville, Kentucky, where he played at Atherton High School. Reid holds offers from just about any school you could imagine, showing that it won’t be an easy recruitment for Kentucky with some huge names pursuing the elite corner prospect. He’s currently ranked No. 89 in the country and the No. 8 corner in America.

I think the trick in recruiting now-a-days....

We've cut NIL deals and now to get back on let's say Seneca Driver....are you cutting NIL deals with the 2 TE we have already committed in this class?

But I would love to see if we can upgrade the OL class for 2027 with all the late season momentum.

Boyd leaning UCLA per MJ at KSR
Yea even if he committed to UK holding him for 2 years from west coast would be hard. Also having Nawrot if he is as good as advertised would run him away anyways. With the portal it’s not as important to stack HS qbs anymore. Minchey should be back then nawrot hopefully takes over after that.

That could change if congress passes new legislation. HS recruiting might be making a comeback.

I've seen and heard a lot about Driver and Hall, with good reason, but does anyone have info on how this class might look like on signing day?
I have a feeling this class will be epic especially if we finish the year strong. We already have a lot of nice guys committed, but on signing day I expect a few surprise highly rated players to come on down as well.

I really like the idea of using the transfer portal on OL prospects. We also already have 5 freshmen commits at OL.

Jordan Anderson intrigues me. That is the exact same time Jaylen Waddle ran as a Sophomore in High School before starting at Bama and in the NFL. It shows that he has elite downfield speed and is already in great track shape. The more he hits the weight and enters his athletic prime he could be a 4.4 40 guy and an elite downfield threat in college. Guys who can run the 200M that fast already typically develop into elite downfield threats. Obviously his actual ball skills and route running will define his actual production, but I love his ranking and physical gifts.
