Don’t feel good at all about this one. This is the kind of quarterback who can take advantage of our defense, and I fully expect them to have gameplanned to do so.

I have very little confidence in Rutgers, and though I'm surprised there are always some here who predict Rutgers victories, I find myself thinking Rutgers might win this one. I hope I haven't embarrassed myself with that glimmer of confidence.

As always, I reserve the right to modify my prediction as we get closer to game time.

Schiano hasn’t figured out a Running Quarterback in 20 years. Sad excuse for a Defensive expert.
When your philosophy is that you’re going to do what you do until you do it the best, while categorically, refusing to adjust on the fly for anyone or anything, you’re bound to fail in the long run.

Maryland will run away with it. We both have terrible coaches but they have a running QB and those guys destroy Schiano. Always have always will. QBs aren’t supposed to run in Schiano’s mind. It’s trickery and he’s “not in the business of tricking people”.

Yea Greggo we know. Keep perfecting the things that don’t work after doing them over and over again. Meathead.

I think predicting games is a losing proposition, ---too many things can happen.
But I think if RU wins it will be a surprise and not easy and therefore they would have worked hard to achieve a win even if against a down Maryland.

Maybe one of his three sons will have a better idea for stopping a running QB? :)

If Locksley’s teams didn’t make crucial mistakes I’d think they win but usually you can count on them to do something or somethings so I think we should win but we’ll see.

Rutgers 34, Maryland 31

While the score makes it seem like it was a good game, it will stress both fan bases. "Holy Cow! Big play! We may win this game! (later) Ohh crap. Figures."
You may not have gotten the score. But you pretty much describe how the game would go.

I refuse to predict a Rutgers loss
It will either be 0-0 or canceled because both programs were denied disaster relief funding
Glad I refused to go against Rutgers , that was the edge it needed to hold off the Turtles.
If I picked a RU win , the Tortoises receiver foot would have been ruled in-bounds and ruling would be a TD.
Then the Turtles would have went for 2 and succeeded .
Making the score:
Tortoises 38
Scarlet Knights 37
