The mainstream 90s got so silly that it allowed for the emergence of an alternative culture to thrive, such as in music (The Pixies, The Breeders, Jane's Addiction, the Seattle bands, etc...). On TV, shows like Seinfeld changed the late night sitcom. Indie films became more and more popular.

I always thought the Padres' sherbet city connect jerseys were hard on the eyes, but the CC journeys beat them hands down.

It use to be the Carolina beach scene was about the '60's and "Shag" music. Just an update I guess.
