Looking in the 7A side, right now ESL is currently at 6 but Hersey and Prospect play each other this week. With one of them losing there is a good chance ESL will move up the seedings and potentially have ESL and Brother Rice in the same side of the bracket

That would be an incredible game. And frankly, one that I think everyone wants to see.

Woodstock is currently in 6A but is listed in 5A north on these brackets. And Lakes is still in the 5A south bracket which won't be the case.

According to the IHSA playoff outlook currently Woodstock is the largest school in 4A. Lakes has a listed enrollment of 1216 and the largest 5A school currently has 1420, Lakes is firmly in the middle of 5A, but they definitely won't be in the south.

You're right, thanks for correcting it. Woodstock is 4A, not 6A.

Would be one of the most unique and interesting draws I can remember for QND if this 4A south projection held. Kind of cool... obviously because you avoid "them Rockets" until later... but that's assuming we'd even get out of week 10! And that's not guaranteed with QND's offense seemingly in reboot mode rn... plus Waterloo, if the opponent, is a good program usually. :ROFLMAO: Still fun to see different schools than the usual central IL suspects for us for once! Let's hope baby!

Waterloo had a cool stadium environment with what looked like designated tailgating area for the home fans right by the field where their players walkout thru. Much larger school than I expected, building seemed fairly new.

Yeah... things have changed... as a surprise to no one, QND per Souchie and the NUIC guy are going to Rochester round 2. Again, that's IF we can muster an opening round W... which is still at 50% probably not... :ROFLMAO: back to the same ole setup... 🥴 😁.
