People squawking because woods didn’t get in late.

Smoked Florida at their place. They and their no 8 ranking were embarrassed week before, they and their no 16 ranking embarrassed even more this week. Throwback unis. Homecoming. Spurrier with ‘go gators’.

Played plenty of backups late. One thing you don’t do in a situation like yesterday’s is add salt to a wound and stick in your backup qb to ‘get some reps’.

The Florida players (aside from mister gonad grab; that’s a little old sparky) and their coach conducted themselves with honor and dignity, took their beating like men. and I think the Beams respected that. ‘Play until the last play’ is exactly what he did.

I guess I was in the minority pulling for LSU. Kentucky is one of our 3 "permanent opponents," plus Clemson, that we will play every year, at least for now. Why would we want them to be good, which they appear to already.

Kiffen is probably a great OC. Put him upstairs, let him call the offense, and seal him in a closet the rest of the week. That’s how this guy should be handled.

I can see them losing 2 more, Bama and Texas. LSU fans and, especially, donors aren't going to be overjoyed if their big money hired gun coach comes in and loses 4 games his first season with a $50M player payroll.
