The staff will find room for any big time prospect that wants to come and they want to take. It’s a business now. It cuts both ways.In a way, I kind of wish we hadn't taken so many early commits in this class. We don't have much room left and with the way things are going, we could have potentially landed some bigger fish. But I guess one needs to put this into the category of: A nice problem to have. If we finish this season strong, next year's class could be epic, rivaling the big dogs in the sport.
Elite talent will come here. Everybody wants to play for Will Stein.Kentucky was basically sub-50 for recruiting classes the last few years...so even just moving that up 20 or so spots to be a fringe top25 in classes, would make a huge difference.
I believe Stein is the type of offensive minded who can do more with less. Kevin O'connell has the Vikings winning games every year and hes never really had a QB. I think Stein is kind of cut from that same cloth.
75 seems a bit too high for basketball.75/15/5. NIL Revenue share going fwd (remaining 5 goes back into sports fund)

There’s no limit now on the number of recruits we sign each year, only a 105 players overall roster limit. In a way, I kind of wish we hadn't taken so many early commits in this class. We ll make room. This is how big programs win they get a ton of commit and when they walk out when after signing days is over the best of the best, they’re the ones that end up on the roster.. it’s a good problem to haveIn a way, I kind of wish we hadn't taken so many early commits in this class. The problem for both is Stein is showing what can be done in just a few months and building a football program the Basketball program is about 10 times as easy to build. And you see you need elite players to compete at elite level. Pope gets good players, but they’re not big-time players. They’re not UK basketball level players at least the basketball program that we’ve always known those of us who are of a certain age. Popes learn a lot of people down. He stinks so bad that he’s trying to load up his staff and his recruiting pipeline so that people will lay off of him. Pope isn’t about results. He’s about having people hyped for the next season. We can only pray that this is it for him and that our new AD who is seldom seen has what it takes to draw top caliber coach.Winning attracts winners. If Pope has a great season same thing.
