Sorry if this is a dumb question but is having tickets “out” the same as sold?
Not as dumb question. I’ve never heard that term used to describe ticket sales before. ~
I’m assuming it means ticket allocation, meaning all tickets have been issued - including discounted, given aways, allocated to on-line ticket sites like Stub Hub, Gametime, SeatGeek, etc. (where there are plenty of discounted seats still available on line). It certainly isn’t attendance, which won’t be known until fans enter the stadium and butt’s are in the assigned seats.

LOL

That PR piece was probably written 3 months ago - and embargoed for this weekend :) (Seriously).

And, no, they most certainly don't have 112,000 seats "out" (or any other thing)
(Which is several thousand more than all the seats available in the stadium, and then some. How dumb are people?)

As we speak, they are giving free tickets to veterans in the north end zone. In addition, the stadium vender has no control over pricing and what they can sell. Beer prices are rising to 17.50 for a 16 ozer. Just wait, I think they know they fed up, hopefully that Indiana **** fer brains, hoes away.

Nebby might beat Indiana today.

I'm not convinced Southern Cal fans are traveling in large numbers to watch that team
Since they returned some of their allotment, I'd have to agree. Maybe a few folks made the trip from the west coast, but I'd guess most USC fans in attendance are currently living within driving distance, mainly NYC or DC. I think the same would hold true for PSU fans when we're playing on the west coast.
