For sure. But oprf is weirdly dangerous this year. HC loss was almost more surprising. York seems to get better late each year for whatever reason. Glenbard West had a great shot to be a contender but they’ve had monstrous injuries, esp on defense. They have just 3 seniors starting and 2 are now both ways. Everyone else are juniors and sophs. On offense there’s less of an excuse. The line is down 2 starters but they have fantastic speed inside and out and a superstar TE. They brought in DGNs young OC from the last couple of years and it’s been brutal. Supposedly he’s being groomed to succeed Hetlet; if so, I would fear for the Hilltoppers’ future. The conference is definitely down this year. Where’s the guy that predicted York to finish 2nd to last in conference. I still don’t know how York lost to OPRF

Your statement is not possible. Hetlet is a HOF coach. Just ask him.GW play calling again an atrocity
You’re 100% correct re: Johnson. If oprf could find a coach… Hetlet’s son plays at Wi-whitewater and you can see him leave after games to drive up there. That said you’re right, it’s hard to imagine him not coaching. GW got the ball back down 3 with 2:47 left and probably wasted 1:40 of the 2:47 trying to get the play in. It was bad and uncharacteristic before this year. Kind of a cursed season.

Interesting. We did not know that. As I recall pw’s freshman team for this class was pretty good, though they were mostly sophomores. Back in the day OPRF was the transfer destination for everybody within 3 miles. Glendale Heights north of North Ave is the more diverse area in the district and seems to be the magnet.johnson actually was at proviso west for 2 years, then oprf. GW has become a transfer destination
