Trying to pick the Bessemer City-Highland Tech game was one of the hardest to pick. First thought which is the better team. Couldn't decide, than thought about which is the worst. Ended up flipping a quarter.
HT won last year. I personally think they will have the best player on the field with #4. I am biased about that because he played with our kids in MS and is still good friends with a lot of our kids, but he is a good player. However I was impressed with the BC QB. He doesn’t have a lot of help and I think in the right situation he would be an effective player.

This ended up being the final. Huge win for the Bulldog JV program
Considering the key players off that JV team that were moved up, that is a great win. Just to give an example, Mckenzie who broke the 80 yard TD against SC last week is only a sophmore. Case Bralley (even though injured) is a Freshman and Harrill (starting O-Line) is a sophmore. They still found ways to stay in or win most games. Wright is going to be special at Burns. He has went off the more he got used to the system.

WL was gritty, but didn't take care of the ball in the first half and defense took advantage. Second half was quick and both sides were just wanting to get out healthy.
