Yep it is and it’s rough but they finally get their sh*t together eventually after one of the sister’s fiancée or whichever dies from the same thing, it’s the 600 plus lb one. I don’t remember exactly but their bro and his wife i think are cool and although not nearly as large decide to get the weight loss surgery and i believe maintain a healthy weight
