What is going on during the week with Rutgers football? Does the team get together and practice? Does the staff get together to plan and strategize? I think the AD needs to hire supervision for Schiano and his staff. If they can't get this team to be competitive maybe supervision can direct them to make the right decisions and stick to a plan.

You're an idiot troll. Everyone knew this was going to be the result against a Top 10 team. There is no switch that suddenly gets flipped that makes a bad team suddenly average.
