2. The myth of gamecock fan loyalty was laid to rest tonight. When half the fans leave the game against a ranked opponent in the third quarter when the game is still competitive, there is no fan loyalty there.

Today's fan's only loyalty is to winning. There is no "supporting your team" regardless of results - look at the grumbling going on in Indiana after the close win over Northwestern. Someone needs to remind them that was a battle between the two losingest football programs in NCAA history. Didn't take them long to catch the, "What have you done for me lately?" disease.

You win? We love ya.

You lose? You worthless bum, you gotta go... and take these sorry players with you.
