Ok you Boomers and almost Boomers... Tell me why teams don't use the forearm shiver! We had a machine at Kincaid that we spent 30 minutes a week on. We also had a section of fencing that we did 100 yards using the left forearm shiver then back with the right forearm. let me tell ya I used that every play... Tell me your war stories....
