Was McPherson coached to expend absolutely no effort on that touchdown run? What the hell is going on out there?

This is 2 games in a row Rocco has stunk the place up - welcome to the Big10 not the little 12 no defense league - he needs to sit he can’t even make the easy throws.

Look at the body language out there. They are going through the motions.
You have to stop--your emotion is blinding you. You're frustrated like they are--no one "quit"--they're just a mess right now--have to fix a lot of things but "they're going through the motions" is what you want to be true not what is happening. That's what happened last year against UCLA and NW

I will never forget 1999 at home vs Minnesota. Gophers facing 4th and 19 with Lavar Arrington and Courtney Brown on the field, and they convert and go on to win, beginning a 3-game losing streak.
That game started a slide....

434/3 for Grunk. Last time PSU had a 400y QB was 21’

can’t make this crap up
And he lost because of 3 awful turnovers
Numbers are often misleading. Passing yards get "inflated" when you're playing from behind after blowing a 24-7 lead.

lol. The spread favored Penn State. The **** are these people smoking? Taking Northwestern and the points had to be one of the most popular bets of the week across all sports.

James just lost to Pitt by playing for a field goal instead of trying to get into the end zone.

Think it was a 17-7 lead. Then VT gets ball back on their 20 with 1 min left in the first half and they come out throwing leading to an int.

You mean unlike the “turtling up” he always got accused of here?

Fair but still. PSU had been down big points plenty of times in JF’s tenure and didn’t have 400+ passing yards.
