You might edit your post to mention it's the Kentucky state specific case, since there are so many cases ongoing across the country.
This overturns the injunction previously approved for players suing in the state of Kentucky

You would assume wrong about Denzel. He’s good to go.
Good! We didn't get anyone so screw everyone else!
Maybe for now but he is still only good by a temporary order. NCAA will have a final say on his scenario too.
Mitchell should announce he’s transferring back to Duke. He would be cleared again within 20 minutes via some unknown loophole.
Good. If Mitchell isn’t going to play here I sure as heck don’t want him being eligible thanks to Kentucky courts.
And Pope was smart not to waste millions of NIL dollars on him
This. All of these are TRO’s and will be handed down a final verdict in the coming weeks/months
Should have wasted millions on someone else. We have a sweet 16 ceiling. Woohoo.
Mitchell will play...I have to think all these players win in the end. The case is too silly why they shouldn't.
Waiting for the ncaa to now say... Any football games played with these tro players.... Are now void...
Well that certainly takes the sting out of losing Mitchell away a little bit.
I saw the news today and immediately sent this text to a friend: "It appears Mark Mitchell is now inedible due to Kentucky Court of Appeals ruling."
I need to proofread my texts!

No longer part of the recipe for success
NCAA would go “oh, that’s just Mitch Markell, we see no issues with this”
Yeah and that chaps my ***. Aberdeen somehow knew it would be in his best interest to enter the portal early.
