I stopped the video after #25 because if anyone thinks that having a transistor radio in stands to listen to another game or get scores made things better, then I highly doubt I will agree with them about #24 - #1 either.

82 Blue White Game I saw a rope get thrown off the top of the student section and then 3 or 4 guys started pulling on it. Soon, up came a 1/4 Keg, a tap, and a sleeve of cups.

No one gave it a thought.
Nice!

I would agree though you might have better luck getting scores on a transistor radio than on a smartphone with the usual game day overloaded cell network. And the tiny out of town scoreboard that leaves you guessing who the teams are because there’s only enough room allocated to show 3 letters per team.

You are too young to know what is good and what isn't.

I’m sure this is true. Bottom line is that I wish I had been a better friend.
I'm just thankful I found the forgiveness of the Lord for my sin and foolishness and HE changed my life. Having read some of your previous posts regarding your past and present and the work you now do, I have no doubt you have become a great help to many people through your chosen field and willingly sharing your negative and positive life experiences.

That’s very kind.

Hmmm, I thought the transistor radios were more for listening to the radio broadcast of the game and/or sneaking in booze inside the radio

Maryland game "74" guy in back of me had a CASE of beer ( bottled brown cardboard case)
shouted " here we go lions, here we go" before the game . Passed out at kickoff slept on
bleachers during this November game.

Brought to you by the B10 conference and The Big Game. No mention of Paterno, but O$U and UM were prominent in this piece.

We used to drive up from
Nimitz ave and park in the grass where the parking lot and Bryce Jordan center is now. A sea of cars in the grass all the way up just about to the road. Pulled out chairs from the trunk and had some stuff. Went in and I would go to the end zone bleachers where I would play up and down by crawling under the seats and down the diagonal beams to get to the ground. I always remember the track. I would me my parents after the game at the rock.

I remember.......$5 dollar parking, first come first served as close to the stadium as you want.

all games were at 1pm. Perfect amount of time to tailgate (for those of us who were young at the time), watch the game and get home at a reasonable time. Also leaving the stadium @ halftime, grab a beer or 2 and go back in for the second half.
