To be fair Diaz talked a lot on his pressers this week and has done 0 to back it up. Kind of comes with the territory.
Just sitting here waiting for the day that KF decides enough is enough.

Most of the whole first half was conservative play calling didn’t see many shots down field till we had the ball with 2min left. Not really extending the defense very much.

Diaz had 1 v 1 on the last play. Not even close to getting open. This is absolutely pathetic but we are somehow not out of it.
We left a timeout on the board.
Had time to attempt a 15-20 pass play, call the TO, then kick for 3 to tie it up.

Without special teams, we'd have a big fat goose egg. Poor showing on both sides of the ball. The offense has no faith in itself and the defense is playing soft coverage. Michigan's O is doing whatever it wants and continues to get comfortable. Their defense has no fear. Diaz has a tag on him and I've seen very little DJV which doesn't bode well. I don't like the way this game is going at all as Michigan is controlling the LOS too. Unless a dramatic change happens or a big turnover, Hawks are in big trouble.
It’s pretty obvious Michigan took his comments personally. They’re not going to let him do ****. Need to use that as a decoy and start hitting your other targets. Need to get RV Z and DJ V involved right away in the second half.

Horrendous offense. Time to fire Lester. We have players now and still garbage offense.
Its because he knows Iowa can't/won't do anything on offense and it would be a 10-0 - or 10-3 at worst - game without that KOR TD.
Serious conversation needs to happen about firing Lester. he is the one who didn't want a QB in the portal. And his offense in the third year is still bad.
No. The offense is Kirk’s offense. It’s looks and feels the same no matter who the OC is.
Guarantee Kirk changes nothing on offense for the second half
