I picked ADS.....but only while he was in college at Iowa and wrestling RBY. He improved significantly in his behavior and demeanor his last year and beyond. I am now a fan. Go figure. Who would have guessed that I would like Desanto before Liver, Olives or Anchovies....:)

It's Kyle Dake. Against other opponents, DT wasn't only better, he was clearly better. He dominated everyone, while Dake won close bouts. He simply couldn't beat Dake. I absolutely love Kyle now, and I respected him then, but, damn, it was frustrating!

What about that dang “Compliance Department” that Vodka was always squawking about? Or Spyker, Full Court Presses, or Jimmy Cinnabon? Or all those bullies beating Nico in the room? Or the announcers who won’t tell us what mat Pletcher and Carton are on? They were all the worst.

Gilman rubbed me the wrong way. I think it was from a time I watched one of his matches. He stood up from bottom and with his opponent off his feet and on his back. I believe there was a time when the refs stopped that, but the rules seem to have changed. Gilman literally jumped in the air and leaned back and slammed the guy.

Mike Evans.... lol.. Got a kick out of his porn stash. Can't hate on that.

Valencia was another one. I just hated that style. Loved when DT took two from him in 2024. When they get to the international level, they are Team USA, and you have to pull for them.

might add Bubba Jenkins to the list
From someone connected to both sides, they have made their peace and both sides wish it could have worked out (and feel it could have in an alternate timeline). Bubba understands why Cael had to do what he did (he even put it on the record he was a knucklehead) and obviously Cael would love to work with a talent like Bubba who wanted to wrestle for him and wasn't a bad person just a bit lazy and undisciplined.

And obviously Bubba got the last laugh in that moment but Cael was setting a culture that would lead to everything we've seen since.

Van Brill is an interesting one. Yes, he gave us one of the biggest scares I remember (that lingered for weeks) by severely injuring Nolf but unfortunately that's a part of wrestling (and it was way more on the referee for letting the position continue).

I don't recall Van Brill deliberately attempting to injure Jason, though he didn't seem sorry at all about it ... that is, until One Legged Jason demolished him at NCAAs.

OTOH, Campolattano definitely cranked on Morgan McIntosh's ankle.

One of my favorite moments was the Ok State dual of 2016. Forgot the Ok State guy but he deliberated injured McCutcheon.

Morgan took the next match VERY personally with his bow and arrow.
