Still another game to be played today 4-0 Hough will take on 3-0 Green Run ( VA) at 3pm today. Green Run is from Virginia Beach and is 5A class. Interesting matchup. Any thoughts with this game. Will this game be televised.

Green Run is currently unbeaten and on like a 63 game winning streak in their conference (Beach District). Despite that I dont believe they have a state title to show for it, seemingly losing to tough competition come state playoffs.I saw something about the quarterback from Pheobus transferring in to Green Run this summer after winning like 2 state titles. Pheobus coach left and I guess QB transfered out. I dont know if he is actually in a Green Run uniform or if this was protested. Green Run, while currently up big, has been way, way down in the past I remember. I think Hough wins, with or without the transfer QB. Green Run did win a state title last year in basketball.

If Max Preps is right Hough is up 35-0 with 2 mins left in the 1st
Hough will play a lot of backups in the second half of most of their remaining games. They will probably be scored on a few times. If they were to leave the starters in then I would agree with you.
I know I feel sorry for Garringer. What will Hough do. I would probably play 1st stringers for couple drives and then put in the backups rest of the game
I am sure they can, however I would bet that they will not shut out all their remaining reg season opps. They will go deep into the bench on a lot of those games and the teams they are playing will have moral victories if they score.
