Schiano family and the bloated staff are the only ones getting richer. Perhaps instead of paying his three sons six figures in total he could have bought some players that aren’t from D3.

So lets say you're right and the 3 Schiano boys are making "six figures in total"? So about 35-40,000 each per year? Not going to get any Heisman candidates with that kind of money. But I agree with your premise.
Not defending the practice as last week I posted that there are approximately 20 people listed on the football staff who have nothing under their bios. IMHO each one of them should be dismissed.

Hey, hey, come on now, you’re too harsh. We’re a developmental program, we’re getting there, we’re almost there, we’re gonna beat some teams that people don’t expect, there are no moral victories I don’t want to hear about that, but by the same token we’re showing tangible improvement and eventually that improvement will be good enough. These are all Schianoisms. Don’t you know we all just need to hang in there and wait maybe another 3 or 4 years or 6 or 7 because the guys are showing improvement and eventually that improvement will be good enough. Where have you been the last 3 years as the Rutgers Defense has been the worst in CFB and continues to regress? Schiano has a 27% winning percentage in the B1G and is likely headed towards a 20% ….historic low.

I’m assuming they are under contract? No clue how it works but if so you have to pay them anyway

The AD will probably tell the next coach to slash it by 40-60%. How many are on non-expiring multi-year contracts is anyone's guess.
