“Blend between Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and Michael Vick”
“Worth more than twice as much as Mensah, Jeremiah Smith, etc…”

I was around during Dak years and remember the media obsession with him. This is next level though. Not sure what to say other than enjoy the ride! We are where everyone else WANTS to be.

Reggie Collier was a next level talent that, IMO, was before his time in a system that had no idea how to maximize his talents (namely NFL)......Southern succeeded with him

The difference between K1 and Dak is that the college football environment has completely changed. From the perspective of major media, the ceiling on Dak was always defined by him playing for Mississippi State whereas they can promote him this season with the hopes that he goes to a bigger program next year.

My old HS coaches coached Reggie and they never shut up about him. I remember one day for a spring training rainout we went and watched his USFL games in the field house.

If I’m remembering correctly, Collier went from the usfl to Dallas who tried him at QB but ended up putting him at WR. He didn’t want to do that and went back to Hattiesburg.

It appears that KT has arm talent that Collier didn’t have. There’s more to it than arm strength.

I have a friend who is a Mizzou grad and he was telling me how worried his about next weeks game. And that was before the South Carolina game.

I thought Collier was built more like KT's uncle Omar Conner. And had a similar game to Conner too. An athlete playing QB that could sling it but didn't have consistent accuracy.

Reggie is the best college QB I've ever watched play the game. He was way before his time.
Kamario could end up being better. He's more accurate than Reggie. Kamario is a freak athlete.

Yep. He was draftee by the Stallions and I think he only plays that year.

I remember him beating Bama and the Bear and all Bryant could say post game was “Collier, Collier, Collier”

There is to much media focus on KT for OM to put a HIT out on him. As obvious as that was on replays of Fitz and later in the game on KThompson.... there would be so much video, OM would get called out.

Besides, they will want him healthy to try and buy him (not saying KT would accept).... but they most certainly will be a bidder next year.
