The next 5 games, then the Egg Bowl.

Somehow go 4-2, and we’re easily in the CFP.

3-3; CFP is possible but maybe a tossup.

2-4 or worse, no chance, and probably a wasted opportunity.

I think we’ll be decently favored in those other 3 games in November.

Can we go 3-3 against Mizzou, Bama, LSU, OU, Texas, and OM?

Mizzou was unimpressive today. They were 2-11 on third down and only had 91 passing yards. Had to score on a punt return TD to pull ahead.

It's the attrition that I'm afraid is going to be our undoing. We lost one of our best Dline on a thin line, already have a linebacker out, etc. as those pile up I don't know if we have the horses behind them. Arnett has done an amazing job, but those cupboards had to have been pretty bare when he got there.

Possible to be favored in those but it may not be by much, 2-3 points or something. I currently view them as toss-ups.

Auburn / Vandy, on the other hand, I’d expect us to be solid 6-7 pt favorites.

Rankings don’t mean a thing to Vegas. State will open up a 2 or 3 point favorite to Mizzou at home.

Missouri got outgained by nearly 100 yards by Troy and really just won because of a 2-0 turnover advantage and a punt return TD. They also didn’t look that impressive in beating a bad Kansas team last week. We should be favored and I think we win.

Alabama scares me because we’ve haven’t shown up against them in years, and even though they’ve started slow the last two weeks, they’ve gone into beast mode both weeks and run away

Sometimes they give early lines for multiple weeks at certain books and they had the line as State -1.5 vs. Mizzou. I took it because I figured it wouldn't be that cheap after games.

You're already wrong.

Yeah we aren’t beating Alabama. Our last win against them can vote in the midterms. But the formula to beat OU, Auburn & LSU was the formula from last night. We can win 8-9, which should be good enough for all the folks on here who predicted 3.

And what has Missouri done other than get an undeserved preseason ranking? We’ll be favored for sure. We’ve proved much more than Missouri.

Agreed. Bama has a lot of firepower, it just takes them half the game to get going. They score in bunches. OU and Auburn are very winnable because they are at home. LSU will be really tough on the road.

Agreed on LSU, but Leavitt does not scare me and without #7, he really doesn't scare me. Load up on the run and make them beat us through the air and we can definitely be in that game.

Well it was just Sacalina. Only 3 wins. We had that last year. Let's see how we do against Missouri. Then, maaaybe. Naw, just kidding. Hail State. K1 learned a lot tonight. So did the OL. Hate we lost Bam tho.

No, those miserable 17s will still complain unless we go 16-0 and win the natty. And even then they might complain if we don’t win the games by a big enough margin.
