Whiting’s broken nose…

I believe that is the 2nd broken nose on the team. Bria Medina suffered one earlier this summer.
Gotta stop going to the Bars downtown.

I really like Amari’s personality. I believe she is going to be a great teammate and bring a ton of toughness to the Hawkeyes. I’m excited to see her play.

Yep. Back in the day it was said football was a contact sport and basketball was a finesse sport.
All of this physicality is a corruption of the game. Besides that, it just makes it impossible to officiate, becomes very arbitrary which contact is legal which isn't.
Hopefully it will not cause her to miss a date with the school's big football star (Tony Diaz?) like it did poor Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!
