How many people/years is the basketball waiting list?

I am curious how many people are on the basketball season ticket waiting list and how long fans have to wait to get them? Is there any possibility of seeing an SEC team on a weekend and get pretty good seat for not more than $150 if you are only looking for one seat? Thank you for any info.

UK basketball tickets being difficult or impossible to get is a complete myth and been around for years. Silly question

I can’t speak to what the wait currently is, but back around 2016, I put my name into the lottery to seasons tickets and got them immediately. I had corner seats in the upper level, about 4 rows up, and being honest, they were great seats. I held them for 2-3 years, but living in Louisville made it really hard for weeknight games and selling them on the secondary market was a pain, so I wound up getting rid of them. But there was ZERO issue in getting them then, and that was during a pretty good run of basketball.

Really? Always wanted to see a game at Rupp and was thinking about making a trip in 2027-28. How often do the Wildcats have two games on a weekend (Thursday/Saturday or Friday/Sunday) ?

You can get a good seat to any game. Especially one ticket.

Good to hear I won’t have to sell any major organs to catch a game. I assumed with the long history of success, it was like a Nebraska, Tennessee football situation.

Apparently now, especially according to posts on here, people have given up tickets because they can stay at home and watch it on their big screen and save some money.

Some also said they were giving up Kentucky fandom after the team took a knee during the Anthem a few years ago, but maybe they returned after Calipari left.
