Has there ever been a season where we played three maroon teams in a row? UMass, BC and USC?

Mildly amusing. Not many more out there. Va Tech, Miss State? A&M? Not sure of Washington State’s official color? Stanford?

And the original USC before the left coast version stole the name - USC Gamecocks!

my daughter goes there and I’m taking her to see USC-Miss St. for my first SEC game. Her Roomate’s family got us armbands into a “special tailgate” so can’t wait!

Fordham maroon too.

South Carolina Garnet closer to Maroon than red.

Cardinal color is closer to garnet than red so post still rings true.

Mildly interesting playing same color scheme three games in a row.

first one with it should keep it

so we are RU..let’s say Rider adds FBS football and wins a natty, they should be RU even though we’ve been that since college football started?

U of S. Calif should be just SC for SoCal and USC should be U of S Carolina as its always been

Unless you hex code is #800000, it’s not maroon…you bought a garnet shirt or hex #73000a… that is the official university of South Carolina color
