Beat. Ga Tech and hang 52 on Weber St. Will we be home dogs by a.
TD or more?
Georgia Tech being annihilated by Tennessee. Weber State hung 21 on Colorado. I’m not sure those victories say much yet. At least Chip has some good tape to plan his offense.

That Ga Tech Colorado Game was a rough watch. Two teams that looked like they were trying to lose. Mendoza was terribad, but the Colorado QB couldn't make high school level throws...

14 points when the game was still reasonably in reach. It was 42-14 at half so some of the yardage stats were also likely in entire half of garbage time.

A win does not seem at all far-fetched at our farewell game on the lake, but I am assuming nothing either way. Prime is a natural heel so CFB nation will almost always root against him/them; just because he's not as good as his swagger implies doesn't mean the Buffs will be pushovers.

Will GB be there? Seems like he should be if physically able given his past connections to both programs. Also would be interesting to hear his perspective on the recent challenges to coaching/recruiting/NIL.
It appears that GB will be attending the game on Saturday since he is the color commentator for the Colorado radio broadcast. This would be a great opportunity for both school programs to come together and recognize GB’s contributions and do something special pre-game or at halftime to honor him.

After the way we "honored" the 1995 team last season, if I'm GB I'd politely decline any pre-game recognition

Last/best chance to do something special for GB as he has turned 80. I still believe NU should do *something* even if it is just to acknowledge that GB is there. His years at NU are so intertwined with NU football history it would be a shame for NU not to make the attempt.

(As an aside watching Lions getting bullied by the Bills 27-10 at the half. Wonder what adjustments Lions offensive passing coordinator Mike Kafka will make at half.)

This looks like a great event -
