it’s time to start the USC discussion. I’ve always dreamed of playing USC, at Rutgers Stadium, so Saturday is a dream come true in a sense. In 2006, or so, I could beat USC in NCAA Football using Ray Rice, Brian Leonard, and Kenny Britt.
These days we have Korey Duff and Antwan Raymond who could start for USC, but we are weak everywhere else, though we are working to get better. We played our best football in the 2nd half of the BC game, and are looking to build upon that effort. Get better, that’s the only priority.

In ‘24 they kept running that stupid crossing route to Makai Lemon, and we couldn’t stop it.
They exposed our lack of speed and range, and are likely to strive to do the same, Saturday.
Hopefully the secondary and lbs will be ready.

Winning can wait. I’m not going anywhere.

Key matchup will likely be Tyler Needham vs Luke Wafle. I wish they would switch Needham with Giwa, but it looks like Needham is the left tackle for now, though they might rotate players during the course of the game. Luke Wafle going to USC illustrates everything that is wrong with our recruiting. Because our value proposition is so weak, we never even made his radar. This is the player we need if we are to be competitive. So we need to improve our value proposition.

If there’s one thing I know, it’s that we are going to win the tailgate Saturday. See you at the game!

We should not be snapping the ball with more than 5 seconds on the play clock the whole game.

No, Antwan Raymond could not replace SC's starting receivers. Wait til you see freshman Trent Mosley on Saturday.

SC at every position is better. Their starting DL is going to live in our backfield. Then the next group they bring in will do the same. Their OL is massive and mobile. It’s going to be punishment come Saturday. Weather permitting, this could be a 70 type number. Their freshmen TE is a beast too. He will destroy our LBs and DBs. Then jump over them.

Anybody have any ideas about who RU could possibly get as its next head coach...one that could successfully recuit local talent like Wafle ?
It's been too long since Darius Hamilton.
