I’ve heard a lecture by a DEA agent several years ago, and he said they’ll find folks dead with the needle still in their arm and only half injected because they died that fast. They said the drugs can be laced with tranquilizers for large zoo animals- elephants, rhinos, hippos; that are about 100 times more potent than regular fentanyl.
