UTSA vs Texas St should be interesting considering the two coaches involved.

I think Memphis gets trashed by Boise St., even though I don't want that to happen.

I want Memphis and Oklahoma state to win their respective games because my hate of Oregon shockingly supersedes my hate for Memphis. And I hate the Smurf turf

Unlike most on here I’m an OU football fan and have followed them since Chuck Fairbanks. I’ve been watching the OU vs Michigan game this morning and so it pains me to say Oklahoma has a nice team but they are no Western Michigan.
They are getting manhandled

Can't believe N Texas, FAU/Navy, and am surprised by Tulane and UTSA. I thought it would be a little less of a matchup for Tulane and UTSA. Eitther Texas St is better or UTSA is worse, or a little of both.

Well it ended 43-10. They are absolutely beatable but if we play Arkansas like we played Sam Houston today we are going to get mud stomped
Let me be real and not use the blue and gold colored glasses... We don't know what we have yet. The offense has not been good, dropped passes, missed blockes, bad passes, and stupid penalties. Against Sam our leading receiver was a running back and our second leading rusher was a defensive lineman on a fake punt. You can see it in Lamb's eyes, he is pissed with the offense.

Defense has been good and sometimes outstanding. Big plays have hurt, but to hold two teams under 20 points is great. RStill room for improvement.

Special teams have been good on coverage, kickoffs, and punting... But the deep snap and the butterflies from the inexperienced kickers has to stop. Give it to the freshman and roll with it.

Coaching was hot against OSU and horrible against SHSU, hard to gauge them at this point.

We are a weak 2-0, but we are 2-0 and these issues are fixable. 18 votes in the poll is unexpected, but welcome.

Wow, that was longer than unexpected...

They scored on their first drive when Utah was seeing how their offense worked, and in the waning moments of a beat down when Utah had their second string in, and knew they would win. That says their offense really couldn't score when it mattered. If we have an average game somewhere in the middle of OSU and Sam Houston, we have a shot at beating them. They have proven they arent a good team. If we have a great game we will definitely beat them. We can't play like we did against Sam Houston. I don't know if we'd get mud stomped but we wouldn't win. On our worst day we are probably as good or better than No Alabama and they only lost by 17.

The snapper(Fedigan) didn't look terrible against OSU. He was not bad last year. He was supposed to be ranked really high when coming out of HS to us a year or two ago. Bazinet is a highly ranked freshman. Have them compete this week and make a decision on it at the end of the week.

When a kicker, snapper or holder starts to fumble the ball in pressure situations it is like missing serves in tennis......suddenly becomes mental. Or like Spieth in that Masters.....game over.

Yes, I realize this, but you can't be ready to condemn him from snapping till the end of his career, not automatically because he had one bad game. They should open it up in practice and make a judgement call at game time.
