Unbelievable... admittedly i've no idea what Okie Lites NIL is, but i feel like Oregon prolly outspends em 10-1 on, everything. For them to lose was incredible. When do we see DR ride to the rescue?
It's still one of the biggest upsets in a while. I can't imagine Oregon is this bad all of a sudden, but we'll see.
In another thread an OP brought up that Oregon has 2 new Coordinators. They went within with both . Could have been a mistake?

oregon played an away game in a hot stadium against a team and fanbase badly needing victory. they were not ready.

OkSt does not have a Cignetti for a coach, nor a Heisman candidate for a QB.
Texas Tech, BYU, Houston, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State, Kansas State, Cincinnati... That's 8 teams that will likely finish ahead of OSU. Granted, OSU may surprise a few of those teams, but not enough to finish top 3.

No, I didn't. I only put the teams that I think are likely to finish ahead of OSU. I also didn't include Colorado, TCU, and Baylor... Any of those teams could finish ahead of OSU, or they might suck.
It's only my opinion and the Big 12 is a hard conference to predict from year to year. What I am sure about is that OSU is not this years Indiana!
Eh, a lot more similarities than you think. Both coaches pretty much gutted their successful lower tier roster and brought them with them when they came over.
Also, Indiana didn't have a Heisman quarterback Cignetti's first year when they finished top 3 in the B1G. And Okie Light's QB is no slouch...
Knowing how successful that UNT team was last year and seeing that formula actually work at Indiana, I could see the fluke game being the loss to Tulsa, not the win vs Oregon.
I agree with your last paragraph. I'm high on OSU coach. Don't know how good they'll be this year, but I'm curious to see what they finish out as. Would not be surprised if they outperform.
