In his defense, there have been some bad drops by receivers tonight too. Mazeo should have caught that pass in end zone. He's been able to make a few long runs when he couldn't find a receiver but probably won't have that luxury against SEC defenses-unless he can prove capable of beating them with his arm.

I apologize if I was dismissive of your critique.

My experience is if things aren't fixed by now, they are not fixable.

I just hope we don't sacrafice a potentially good season if we have better QBs on the bench.
The SEC is no place for a QB with a mediocre arm.

Totally aiming the ball. He has to let it rip. The miss n the post route was all in him. Put it in an area for the receiver to go get. Unbelievable

Apology accepted. Just kidding. But I am one of the ones who believes Sellers is a great athlete, but only a mediocre QB.

Athletic QB's have to make athletic plays to be successful, like his keeper for the TD and keeping plays alive with his strength and scrambling abilities, but agree he is not a precision passing QB. He needs his receivers to be reliable catching balls in the vicinity to be successful in the possession passing game as his mechanics and body positioning when throwing need correcting if he wants to be an NFL QB. Sellers biggest problem is the mental part as he has in his mind what he is going to do before the play develops and not adapting as the the play develops.
