Seems like a long post just to say that “I had/have no friends”. Also no one cares, no need to bring it up.I was a freshman in high school. Walked into my first class that morning, Algebra 2. I was the only freshman in the class, and since it was early in the school year I didn't really know anyone in there yet so I just sat in the back and kept to myself. I was sitting there and the kid next to me tapped my shoulder and asked if I had heard about NYC getting attacked this morning. I said no, and he told me that one of the Twin Towers had been "bombed."
The teacher basically just explained what we needed to do for homework, and then turned on the old azz TV up in the corner of the room. And that's how every single class went that day. Homework requirements explained, TV turned on to the news. I still remember it like it was yesterday/csb
