He filed a lawsuit and may get another year of eligibility.

If he is eligible, does Rutgers have a roster spot for him?

There is technically one spot unfilled.

Now ask yourself, with one year left, why would he not go to a likely tourney team vs a team that will be, at best, near the bubble.

I don’t want him - on principle, guys who get drafted shouldn’t be eligible to return to college.
