YouTube. The rest can fight it out for distant second.
They all suck equally. Who knew when cord cutting started that that would be the end result. Apple has been making some good moves in the last six or twelve months but they’re still way too safe. Netflix has been getting a little better too. HBO has fallen off a cliff I think. Used to be head and shoulders above the rest but sadly no more.
Paramount Plus has Land Man, one or our favorite series, and one can subscribe on a monthly basis. One can wait until half or more of the new shows are out and subscribe for one month to catch up and finish the series. Netflix has good shows. For Amazon Prime members, Prime is a good deal. To be honest, I pay an extra monthly fee of +$5 to be add free. Did cutting the cord reduce total costs? Depends upon the viewers. For us, no. Other than sports, streaming is how we watch. It is a choice.
Million dollar idea. We combine all these streaming services together and charge $125 a month. We can call it Direct Tv.
We only subscribe to YouTube TV + Netflix + one other platform that we rotate quarterly. There is so much content on each platform that it doesn't make sense to subscribe to all of them at once. This quarter is Apple TV, next will be HBO Max, and so on.
YouTube TV just added ESPN Unlimited free to my current plan saving me $33 a month. My winner.
You lost me. DTV is missing almost all of them. I do get Paramount + with my subscription.
It was a joke. I got rid of Direct 6yrs ago and went to streaming. It was great at first. Saved a ton of money and only paid for what I wanted. Now between me, wife and kids we are paying over $100 and need AI to tell us where to watch college football.
I love my DTV (satelilte) from October until the end of March madness. That's 6 months and then they let you suspend your account for free for up to 6 months and I do that and pick up YouTube TV for 6 months. Works perfectly as I get DTV during heavy sports going on those 6 months.

I’ve got a Streambox off of Amazon 6yrs ago for $200. Paid for itself but n 2 months. Still works, get every channel and movies.
Awesome. Good stuff. I've got the speakers in the living room, kitchen and outside hooked up to DTV so look forward to it every October. Glad we are both happy.
We're still using Spectrum streaming app. Haven't found a more cost effective way that's worth my time to change so far. I do get some perks through Spectrum like SECN+ so I got the YSU football game last Saturday. When I get closer to retirement I'm probably gonna do a big time money crunching on services to see what's available.
Apple TV vs NetFlix? I think I am leaning Apple. When I had Netflix the original programming was wildly inconsistent.
