South Iredell at Porter Ridge
Porter Ridge is 0-3 and looking for their 1st win. Hopefully South can rebound from last week’s loss to Hickory Ridge. I don’t know anything about Porter Ridge other than apparently they are having a down season.

Lake Norman vs Independence
Game of interest for me from earlier in the season. I’m still planning on going to see this game since I’ve never seen Independence play in person. Independence appears to be down and I think Lake Norman comes out with big win in this one.

Statesville at Alexander Central
This could well be one of the best games this week. Game could turn out to be a close one.

Davie vs Oak Grove
Another good game. This game probably could turn out to be close. I’m sure Davie fans or fans from Forsyth Co can give good insights with this game

Mooresville vs Hough
Honestly not much to say about this game. I can see running clock in this one

North Iredell vs St Stephens
Both teams looking for their 1st win. I will say St Stephens pulls this one out

I think we will take care of business vs Independence. But I don’t think it will be the cake walk it’s been up to this point. Would not be shocked if this was tight for a half or so.

South and PR is intriguing. I expected more from PR this year, but man South got absolutely crushed last week. Give me PR here

Statesville has had AC’s number of late. But I also didn’t expect them to be shut out vs Hopewell. That said, I’ll take the Hounds in a close one

Davie is starting to get it going after a tough opener. Don’t know much on OG, but I know they’re usually good. A two point loss to a strong Reagan team confirms that to me. This could be the game of the week for the league… give me Oak Grove by 10.

Hough at Mooresville… lol it’s basketball season for the Blue Devils. Nothing to see here.

North Iredell still looking for their first points scored on the year, I think they get that here but lose to St Stephen’s.

I would agree with all above picks except LN is pitching a shutout in this game. Not sure what the swimming match equivalent to a shutout is>

Hough is built to the gills. They already play their toughest opponents for the regular season. I’m not even sure Mooresville can pass the 50 yard line with Hough 1st stringers in. I wouldnt be surprised this game will be shutout with Mooresville not scoring any points.

Statesville is the most undiscipline program in the State. Shot themselves way too many times. You can be the greatest player in the world if your not discipline your not going to be successful.
