Was hoping you made a prediction somewhere because I would guarantee the difference is more than you would have predicted … yet here you are being pissy.

Most people predicted 5-6 wins. I don't see beating Ohio as changing that. We still have to beat Michigan State, Maryland, Rutgers to get to 6, and have to beat either Illinois or Washington to get to 7. I didn't see anything that would make Illinois or Washington an expected win. But...without major injuries we can safely say we have a division 1 football roster that can be expected to beat the bottom 5 teams in the big 18.

well, this thread is for the constant whiny losers
You know we paid 1-1.5 million to beat the **** out of Ohio instead of playing a real team...we don't have a real power 4 opponent this year. Pay Rhule 13 million and then pay the first 3 opponents 5 million to get him 3 wins. Lol

Why wasn't Kwinten Ives used in the RB rotation? He's 6'3", 215, fast, great hands, great vertical leap....has played well WHEN he has gotten in....I would have thought he'd see some touches in the 2nd half.

5 wins still seem possible for Nebraska.
Easy(ish) schedule.
I'd go so far as saying 6 wins with a possible 7th and a bowl game.

Ives is a nice big back. Rule is as well and does all the other stuff better. Ives is a reserve player.

Who here would be upset about the outcome of this game? Iowa fans? Haven’t seen any Ohio fans posting here. What a weird thread

21st hardest schedule. That defense isn't going to get it done. 6 and 6 and another second half of the season collapse.

It was an honest question.
I'm just stating my opinion based on every season of Matt Rhules tenure. Maybe the defense finds its footing with a new coordinator. But we're a fairly old team and I don't think we improved the d line significantly. JMO

3 young rbs that need more experience. No point in adding another to the mix.

Thank God it was 110 on the turf and our depth won out. We beat a team with a first year coach, no NIL money and lost 17 starters. It was neck and neck until depth took over late.
We beat a team with a grad transfer QB with one career start.
This is absolutely an Illinois state wake up call / same result and different year.
colandrea looked great, but this is more of the same.

The coaches were much more worried about the final score than playing backups. I was surprised Colandrea was put back in for the final two minutes. I long for the days when backup QBs got in after the game was decided.

In Iowa City for my cousin's HOF induction and had a chance to meet Kirk Ferentz. I asked him to take it easy on Nebraska this year and he looked at me and calmly said "No" .. If that defense plays like that it's going to be a long year.

lol at the kool aid drinking Rhule nut huggers bragging about this win like every team with a pulse we play this year won’t run the ball right down our throats and be all over Colandrea all game long 😂 5-7 incoming.
