Rhule brought White in, knowing that he was short term if a warm weather job became available.

Coleandrea has done some good things but have to get positive yards on the scramble. Much better on the second play.

Cannot throw the ball down the field and no interior run game. You have to be able to do one of those to win in the power 4.
