I agree. I would not be a fan of USC pushing litigation against the SEC or NCAA, but if they're good with it let's do it.

However, you don't make the decisions, sir. Judges, conservative and liberal or ruling against the view you and the conference has. I think I remember that you indicated you are an attorney. I don't know if you practice family law. However, if you do, are you going to tell your male client not to the pay the child support that was ordered because you disagree with the decision. No, you are not going to do that. As lawyers, we have to disagree while getting the message that the judge is sending us.

Oh I'm not saying ignore the rulings, just that I don't like the rulings or the mindset these players/coaches/programs have.

The SEC suit against LSU should be interesting. It was filed in Birmingham so it won't have some LSU homer Louisiana judge ruling on it.

I find it interesting that Kiffin has chosen this hill to die on. LSU has no legal right to be a member of the SEC. They can be voted out by the other members. This could end up being a situation where Kiffin wins the battle and LSU loses the war.

With the way there court battles go, the lack of LSU homer may just be the biggest factor.

And does anyone truly think LSU is going to push it far enough to get kicked out of the league?

Alright, drama then…

I can’t pronounce half the mafakas’ names on the roster. What happened to James and Roger, Smith and Roberts; it’s becoming increasingly difficult to swear at the tv when most of the players’ names are four syllable Hawaiian African hybrids. Takes away from the experience.

I say that is a waste of emotional energy. With the money in the college and professional game, people are going to sue for re-entry in the league, etc. This is just going to be part of the deal going forward. Of course, you don't have to like it, but only thing you can do to effectively make a change is to stop watching the game. I know I am not going to do that. So, why waste time worrying about it.

They are not kicking LSU out of the league. They contribute too much to the fabric of the league. Would be a damaging blow to a league that is already slipping a bit.
