You have one original draft at the beginning of the first year. And that is your team going forward, no re drafting for next season. After the first year, the only players you can draft are rookies. You can trade picks for players and vice versa just like a real life GM. Very cool concept

I can assist in setting things up, just on my way home from family vacation and need a day to decompress lol. What app would we use? And for those in, would probably need emails from everyone.
Also I think its best to keep this as easy as possible. We can always look at money leagues and more advanced settings. But id recommend half PPR, standard roster of QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, Flex, Def, K and bench.. or something similar. I run several leagues so again, I can always assist.

Someone will have to take on the responsibility of sending invitations and being the commissioner. I do that in some home leagues but would prefer someone else do that here. If you are willing, I suggest you start the process and see who might sign up. I wouldn’t know the best way to get the needed info to send the invites.

IF we want to do this in time, then I really need 9 others who are mostly free over the next few days to draft. So for instance, if you want to play, but you're traveling/busy, than it might be tough to get you in this year. Availability over the next few days is key here.
Draft would take maybe like an hour, hour and a half. All done on the Yahoo app. Could be 10-team or 12-team. I figure something like 8pm ET. Only day/time I can't do is Tuesday at 7pm because of a chopped league draft I have. So we're looking at Saturday (tomorrow), Sunday, Monday, Tuesday but more around 9-10pm).. thats all we have left. So think about if this is something you can pull off in time with your schedule.

Im leaning towards no money league, because we dont really know each other and anyone could in-theory welch. But im down if thats what people want. We just need to decide on the amounts, the payouts and when people have to pay.
25-50 bucks shouldn't be to much to make it a little fun. Heck ten bucks.
